Listening to @han’s 2010 dConstruct talk whilst wrestling with my printer. It will print my gurdy plans. I will make it.
-
A web where everyone develops their own ideas and tools independent of one another is like a room full of people talking and no one listening. @trentwalton

Any exeterWeb people going along to this weeks café scientifique? http://www.exeterphoenix.org.uk/events/cafe-scientifique/
-
Using identengine.com’s profiles API to auto-h-card twitter at-names is working brilliantly. I no longer have to add
twitter: somenameto my address book entries. -
Aral Balkan perhaps noscript should add “get theonion articles free” to their feature list
-
Aral Balkan oh yep, looks like noscript does blacklisting. I suppose otherwise it would be a fancy version of Develop → Disable Javascript ;)
-
Aral Balkan #idea for browser extension: site-specific js disabling. If you disable js on theOnion the paywall goes away :/
-
Reminder to self: all existing online survey services are crap, build a better one #todo
-
If there are black holes involved, nothing has to make sense #universalLaw
-
Have fun at @randomhacks today, everyone! Sorry I couldn’t make it :(
-
@zeldman by which you mean µf2? It would be fab to see you roll them out as well!
-
Brennan Novak hey, you did better than @zeldman. There’s nary an hcard on his personal site :/ http://identengine.com/api/identities/http%3A%2F%2Ftwitter.com%2Fzeldman/profiles/

REL-ME SHOWDOWN: Who has the best linked identities on the web? It’s between Brennan Novak, Tantek Çelik and Jeremy Keith
Jeremy Keith is in the lead… but only just! http://identengine.com/api/identities/http%3A%2F%2Ftwitter.com%2Fadactio/profiles/

Writing a plugin to auto-h-card twitter @names even if they’re not in my address book using identengine.com

There’s art in each individual system, but there’s a much greater art in the union of all the systems we create @davewiner
