laurakalbag they add significant value to conversations, as they provide a recognisable visual indication of who is speaking and where each comment starts/ends. I am inclined against comments, but would recommend having avatars if you do :)

Any #indieweb people going to www2013.org? The Microposts Workshop looks like it might be quite interesting. #www2013

andypiper those classic space minifigs are some of my all time favourites. Way better than most of what they produce today, although ninjago is a comforting return to form

aral yep, one for every page view and one each time I leave a page (http://aral.tripod.com/bin/exit/exit_page?q=
). Must of had pop up blocker turned off for some reason.
aral you were into popup ads then, right? :D Or is that tripod’s fault?
Always nice to see people’s early work :)
Oscar and I just watched the last two episodes of Captain Scarlet. Our conclusion is the same as that of The Hunger Games: they should have left off the end bit and concluded at a dramatic moment.
The whole “and it was all Symphony’s dream” is infuriating, and the last episode is a pointless clip show in which the only thing we learn about the Mysterons is that they own(ed) some old warehouse somewhere. Ah well, on to Stingray next, I suppose #andersonathon
