It’s funny — people are saying so much about the #indieweb/federated social web not being a “Facebook Killer”, and yet it’s killed my usage of FB beyond occasional passive consumption. So, implementors: build stuff which kills your own FB usage before trying to kill facebook.

I’ve totally noticed this effect myself in the past several months.

And it’s wonderful!

shhh they don't know yet. They are all like 'look at us we're 3rd partials so special' but in the end they just add to the big noise.

In the end, 3rd partials are nothing but good old sines, too. But don't you dare telling them.

Got bored from that.. then listened to 3rd partials only (through SPEAR) before I went with white noise only.
