How do you refer to years in #french? E.g. In English it's fine to say either "two thousand and twelve" or "twenty twelve". Is "vingt douze" valid French?

For example, if you provide a phone number, tell the user when's the best time to call. Perhaps even a bit of client side code that tells the user if now is a good time to call?

Tip/Challenge for amateur acoustic #music producers/#recording engineers: Get some audio from a live performance off youtube. It'll be badly recorded, probably with a camera mic that rolls off over 10kHz or something like that.
