Kendra Wilkinson is kickstarting a brand-new fitness routine.
Wilkinson, 41, revealed via her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, August 5, that she “hasn’t worked out in probably two years” before heading to her local gym.
“I don’t know where to start,” the former Playboy model said. “Do I start with cardio? What do I do?”
Wilkinson noted that she got a “slow start” on a StairMaster before trying out different weight machines.
“Ended with cardio too. Whatever lol,” she captioned another gym selfie, before sharing that she brought son Hank, 16, and daughter Alijah, 12, with her. (Wilkinson shares her two children with ex-husband Hank Baskett.)
“Family gym time,” she gushed in her caption. “Makes me so happy!!
While Alijah joined her mom in the weight room, Wilkinson’s son played on a basketball court.
“I share my journey with those who see the positive and are more on the supportive and understanding side,” she later wrote via her Stories, addressing the reaction to her gym visit. “Maybe I just make my page only homes [I sell as a realtor] to literally stop all the hate. Create just a boring page???”

Wilkinson has recently been on a weight loss journey, dropping four dress sizes with the help of GLP-1s.
“There’s nothing worse than being in a gym every single day, working out and not seeing any progress,” the model exclusively told Us in March. “I hit 40. I’m happy. I’m at peace, but I noticed that my jeans are a little tighter lately, so I don’t want to go out and shop anymore. Mama is on a budget, so I have to fit back in my jeans.”
At the time, Wilkinson revealed that she had “signed up for a shot company” and was due to begin injections the following week.
“I just want to slightly, like, ease my way into it,” she explained to Us. “I just want to be balanced out. I don’t really want to be skinny, but I just want to be balanced and fit in my jeans again.”
Weeks later, Wilkinson stated via Instagram that she wanted to be “intentional” about her wellness journey.
“It wasn’t just about weight … it was about feeling better, having more energy, and actually trusting the process instead of rushing it,” she captioned an April upload. “Unlike most people I’m being honest. I wanted something that felt transparent, supportive, and realistic for my lifestyle.”
Wilkinson revealed in another update last month that she feels “so good in [her] body right now.”
Lindsay Clancy broke down in tears in court when autopsy photos were shown of her youngest child, 8-month-old son Callan, which revealed the infant’s injuries that he sustained while she strangled him.
Clancy, 35, has not denied killing her three kids – Callan, daughter Cora, 5, and son Dawson, 3, – at their home in Duxbury, Massachusetts, on January 24, 2023.
During the trial on Thursday, August 6, photos of Callan’s autopsy was shown to the courtroom.
Massachusetts medical examiner Dr. Kimberley Springer testified that Clancy was seen crying as she viewed the autopsy photos, according to a video shared by CBS News. Springer pointed out “abrasions” and “some needle marks” from “therapeutic procedures.” Meanwhile, some jurors were also visibly emotional as Springer testified about the children’s injuries.
Also during the August 6 hearing, Clancy’s friend, Amy Bevins, testified that the defendant texted her in January 2023 that she was taking a medication that caused her to have some “dark thoughts,” according to CBS News. Clancy also allegedly told Bevins that she was tapering off the medication and was trying new ones in an attempt to get rid of the side effects.
Bevins, who has been friends with the defendant for 29 years, said she visited Clancy at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in March 2023 after the children were killed.
“We made small talk. We played Uno. It was a pretty basic visit,” Bevins said of the visit.
Bevins recalled Clancy asking about life updates, while she also said they discussed hobbies Clancy was doing at the hospital.
Additionally, Bevins said that they did not discuss the murders during the visit because Clancy’s sister told her to not bring it up. Bevins said Clancy did not mention her own children and that she remained “neutral” during the visit.
Another friend that testified was Bethany DeCollibus, who said she noticed Clancy becoming more tired following Callan’s birthday. She added that Clancy was a loving mother and that she never heard her discuss suicidal or homicidal thoughts.
Despite admitting to the killings, Clancy pleaded not guilty to the first-degree murder charges she is facing. Her defense has argued throughout the trial that she was not criminally responsible for the murders because she was overmedicated and experiencing extreme postpartum psychosis.
Meanwhile, prosecutors argued that Clancy knew what she was doing when she killed her children. The prosecutors also pointed out she attempted to die by suicide when she jumped out of the second story of her home shortly after the killings.
If Clancy is found guilty, she could be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. However, she could be sent to a state mental health facility in Massachusetts if she is found not criminally responsible.

Travis Kelce is 36 and his numbers have been steadily dropping over the past four seasons, but Bill Simmons thinks he’s found another reason why the Kansas City Chiefs tight end might be in for a rough 2026 campaign.
Simmons, 56, was talking to Mina Kimes on the Wednesday, August 5 episode of “The Bill Simmons Podcast” when he began explaining why he’s unsure of Patrick Mahomes’ prospects coming off of ACL surgery. He mentioned the team’s receiving corps, dismissing Kelce by saying, “Kelce just got married and is in his mid-30s.”
Kimes, 40, laughed at the thought that Kelce’s recent marriage to Taylor Swift would impact him on the field, pushing Simmons for an explanation. Though he seemed to be joking, he decided to expand.
“I don’t know if his eye is on the prize,” Simmons said. “He just had a wedding with 1,200 people. I don’t know if he cares about the season. Big wedding, I don’t know. I don’t know where his head’s at.”
All indications are that Kelce is in game shape and ready to begin the season when it kicks off with an exhibition game against the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday, August 15. Kelce’s coach, Andy Reid, praised his preparedness in an interview with NFL Network on Tuesday, August 4.
“He came back in good shape,” he said. “Everyone’s out there saying he’s got the dad body and all this stuff but he looks the same to me as he’s always looked. And just playing like crazy.”
Reid, 68, continued, “He’s doing a nice job with everything. He’s focused and ready to go, and I appreciate that. When you have someone who’s been here 14 years and wants to be out there every snap…he’s going to play and play hard and aggressive and not be stopped and that’s contagious.”
Kelce and Swift, 36, got married on July 3 in a ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York City, which Reid attended. In the leadup to the wedding, Reid told reporters that Kelce remained focused on the upcoming season.
“Listen, he has been here most of the offseason if not the whole offseason. He’s been around. It is good to have him here,” he said. “He did the mandatory camp and [did] a nice job there. It’s good to have him back in and rolling.”
Reid added, “You see no distractions with that and the wedding. It’s like when I got married my wife did everything, so I just kinda followed her lead on it.”

The Valley alum Jax Taylor is speaking out about his new romance with his former publicist, Lori Krebs.
“I love [Lori] to death. You can’t help who you fall in love with. Everybody deserves to find happiness,” Jax, 47, told Page Six on Thursday, August 6, noting that he is “in love” with Lori, 42. “I’m in the happiest place I’ve ever been, and I couldn’t be happier right now. My mental health has been so amazing since I’ve been with her,” he went on, adding that he’s “in love with her.”
Jax further claimed that he and Lori “love each other very, very much.”
“I’m with somebody who I love very much, and she’s good for me,” Jax gushed, noting that the publicist is “the best thing that’s ever happened” to him.
Jax and Lori’s relationship first made headlines last month. In photos obtained by Us, the duo were spotted canoodling in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, while celebrating the reality TV alum’s birthday. An eyewitness to Us claimed that Jax and Lori packed on the PDA at the Hotel Mousai pool one day and told individuals that they were both “happily divorced.”
Jax was married to Brittany Cartwright for five years before they separated in 2024. The now-exes have claimed their divorce is nearly finalized as they continue to coparent 5-year-old son Cruz.
Brittany, who cut ties with Lori ahead of the scandal, has alleged that she was blindsided by the news of Jax’s romance.
“I’m shaking. I mean, this person was not only my publicist, she was like a sister to me for 10 years. It’s just complete, complete betrayal,” the Valley star, 37, told People in a Wednesday, August 5, sit-down. “I mean, this person guided me through my horrible divorce, guided me through all the Airbnbs I was living in [after Jax and I split] and would come to my house and let me cry on her shoulders. … She knows every in and out of everything in my life and still chose to sleep with the enemy, basically.”
Hours later, Brittany claimed on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen that she got a heads-up about the new couple mere hours before the photos from Mexico went viral.
“[Lori] sent me a text message, morning [the photos were released], two hours before the TMZ photos came out and let me know that things had changed and that she knows I will feel betrayed,” Brittany recalled. “[Lori said] she loves me and [Brittany and Jax’s son, Cruz] and she’s never told Jax anything. Come on.”
A source later told Us that Brittany’s account wasn’t accurate.
“Lori understands why Brittany feels betrayed. But the narrative that they were still ‘like family’ when this all happened isn’t accurate,” the insider stated. “Brittany and Lori haven’t been close in a very long time. Their relationship had changed significantly. They saw each other only a couple of times in the past year, never spoke outside of work, and Lori’s role had been reduced primarily to coordinating media interviews. She had already been trying to transition away from representing Brittany because she increasingly felt caught in the middle of an extremely difficult situation.”
The source pointed out, “Throughout Jax’s addiction and recovery, Lori supported both of them in different ways. As Jax made progress and focused on rebuilding his life, the professional and personal dynamics shifted. None of that changes the fact that Lori understands Brittany’s hurt, but the picture being painted of their relationship at the time isn’t an accurate one.”
Three people have been arrested after a 2-year-old girl in Arkansas was killed when her neighbor’s dog dragged her into the woods and attacked her.
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office announced in a Tuesday, August 4, press release that Earnest Jackson, Christina Hart and MaKayla Jackson were all arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a minor after Celeste Jackson was killed in March.
Deputies reported to the scene on March 28 after they received a report of an “animal attack involving a 2-year-old girl.”
Authorities added in the statement that the dog believed to have been involved in the attack is now in the custody of the Pulaski County Animal Control Division.
According to an arrest report obtained by the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette, a loose dog that lived near the victim’s family’s home attacked Celeste and dragged her into the woods before it mauled her to death.
Celeste had allegedly been left unattended for an extended period and she was eventually discovered alone by an Amazon driver. Police officers wrote in the affidavit that the area where Celeste was found is known to have multiple stray dogs, as well as wandering drug users.
While Earnest and MaKayla share a last name with Celeste, it’s not currently known how all three defendants are related to the victims or how they’re connected to the crime.
It’s not currently clear if Earnest, 54, Hart, 41, and MaKayla, 21, have entered a plea or retained legal counsel following their arrests.
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office did not immediately respond to Us’ request for comment regarding the case.
Following Celeste’s death, her grandmother, Shawnda Jackson, set up a GoFundMe to help the family with funeral expenses.
“My family is facing an unimaginable loss. My precious granddaughter, Celeste Jackson, was only 2 years old when her life was tragically taken in a dog attack. My daughter Angel is struggling to cope with this heartbreak, so my son and I are taking care of all the funeral arrangements to spare her any additional stress,” Shawnda wrote. “The expenses have been overwhelming and completely unexpected, and we are reaching out for help during this difficult time.”
Shawnda went on to call Celeste “a very smart baby who brought so much joy to our lives.”
“She loved watching Ms. Rachel, Bluey, and Stitch, and her bright spirit touched everyone who knew her. Our family is having a hard time processing this loss, and we are doing our best to support each other as we grieve,” she wrote. “Any support you can give—whether it’s a donation or keeping us in your prayers—means the world to us. Thank you for helping us honor Celeste’s memory and give her the farewell she deserves.”

Alex Murdaugh’s lawsuit against the former Colleton County Clerk Becky Hill was thrown out after he claimed she improperly advised jurors when he was on trial for the 2021 murders of his wife, Maggie Murdaugh, and their son Paul Murdaugh.
U.S. District Court Judge Richard Gergel ruled on Wednesday, August 5, that Alex, 58, cannot seek $600,000 from Hill, 58, in order to pay for his legal fees as requested in the lawsuit. Gergel made the decision after he concluded that Hill had nothing to do with the murder charges filed against him.
“Plaintiff liquidated his retirement account to fund his defense, which was necessary without regard to the misconduct of (Hill),” Gergel said, according to NewsNation.
Alex filed the lawsuit against Hill after a jury found him guilty of murdering Maggie, 52, and Paul, 22, during a trial in 2023.
Three years after he was convicted, the South Carolina Supreme Court overturned his convictions and life sentences in May. The decision was made in light of Hill’s comments to jurors during the trial that Alex could not be trusted, which could have potentially altered the outcome of the case.
While Alex is expected to go back to trial on the murder charges in 2027, he is currently serving a 40 year sentence after he was convicted of 22 federal financial crimes, which included conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering.
“Murdaugh’s victims turned to him when they were particularly vulnerable, after suffering serious injuries and losing loved ones,” U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina Adair F. Boroughs said when Alex was sentenced for the financial crimes. “They put their trust in him as their lawyer, and he betrayed them. His crimes were cold, calculated, and brazen, and he earned every day of his 40-year sentence. We hope that it provides at least some closure to his victims.”
Alex filed a lawsuit against Hill just days after his convictions were overturned, in which he claimed that the clerk repeatedly pulled the jury’s leader to have private conversations during his trial. He also alleged that she encouraged jurors to closely study his body language as he testified.
The complaint also claimed that Hill was financially motivated to sway the jury because she allegedly believed that she would be able to sell more copies of her book if Alex was found guilty. Following the conclusion of his trial in March 2023, Hill and Neil R. Gordon released a book about the trial called Behind the Doors of Justice: The Murdaugh Murders in August 2023.
After Hill allegedly altered the trial, she resigned from office in 2024. She also pleaded guilty to perjury, obstruction of justice and misconduct in office after she was accused of sharing sealed evidence from the trial with the media.
Charlotte Wilder, cohost of the “Sports Gossip Podcast,” called out Aaron Rodgers as the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback continues to court controversy.
“This is, once again, the Aaron Rodgers playbook of saying, ‘How dare you care or interfere with or be curious about my personal life,’ and then telling you little breadcrumbs about his personal life and daring you to talk about it or follow up on it,” Wilder, 37, said on the Tuesday, August 4 episode of the podcast. “It’s so transparent. It’s so obvious that this is what he does now.”
Rodgers, 42, made a contentious appearance on ESPN’s The Pat McAfee Show on Monday, August 3, when he ranted about Dr. Anthony Fauci and called out the network for focusing on his personal life instead of the scandal involving New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel and NFL reporter Dianna Russini.
Wilder pushed back at Rodgers’ previous assertion that once he retires from the NFL – which will likely happen after the upcoming season – he will also step away from the public eye.
“I think it shows how hypocritical he is,” she argued. “I think it shows how he’s also an unreliable narrator, we can’t really believe anything he says about himself. It’s almost to the point where when he says he’s not going to start a podcast, I’m pretty sure that means he’s gonna start a podcast. I’m pretty sure he’s gonna take meetings with ESPN when he’s done playing.”
Wilder added, “I think this is all a part of his desperate desire to be relevant constantly all the time. I don’t believe him that he’s going to go gently into that good night.”
“Sports Gossip Podcast” cohost Madeline Hill doubled down on Wilder’s criticism, saying Rodgers’ recent antics show “how desperate he is to be seen and liked by football fans.”
Despite his repeated requests for privacy, Rodgers recently took to social media to post about reconciling with his parents, Ed and Darla, and his brother Luke after years of family turmoil.
“There’s been a lot of conversation about it outside of my own conversations for so many years,” Rodgers told NFL Network’s Kyle Brandt on Saturday, August 1. “You know, a big part of it was getting married and having those conversations with my wife that allowed me to kind of open up to the possibility of coming together — it’s been a couple-year process now, the conversations with [my family].”
Rodgers got married to his wife, Brittani, last year, though he has not publicly disclosed her identity.
Sydney Towle was candid about her cancer diagnosis before her death at age 26.
In August 2026, the content creator’s family shared that she was in hospice amid her battle with a rare cancer of the bile ducts known as cholangiocarcinoma. Days later, the family shared that Towle died.
“We will always love you so much, Sydney. I am so proud of how hard you fought. I love you,” read a post shared via Towle’s Instagram account at the time, alongside a photo of Towle with the message, “Rest in Peace. Sydney Elizabeth Towle. November 15th 1999 – August 5th 2026. An endless ray of sunshine. A daughter, sister, and friend to so many.”
Scroll down to learn more about Towle:
Towle majored in government and environmental studies at Dartmouth. She graduated in 2022.
In 2023, Towle felt a bulge and burning sensation in her stomach that led to an urgent care visit. Shortly after, she was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma, a rare cancer of the bile ducts. Towle subsequently had surgery to remove her gall bladder and part of her liver.
One year later, Towle moved to the East Coast for treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center after a recurrence of the cancer in her liver.
“I almost had an idea it was cancer,” she told People in 2025 while reflecting on her diagnosis. “We all know our bodies pretty well. And when this started happening, I just had a feeling. When I went in for the ultrasound and they found the solid mass, I told myself, ‘Honestly, yeah, I’m just going to have to accept that this is probably cancer.’ So when they actually said it, I wasn’t really shocked.”
Towle was living in Los Angeles when she was diagnosed with cancer. She subsequently moved to the East Coast, sharing in a video that she had “always wanted to live in New York City and life is short, as I’m constantly reminded.”
While reflecting on leaving behind her life in Los Angeles, Towle shared, “I was just thinking about that quote: ‘How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.’”
The influencer, who amassed more than 1.1 million followers on TikTok, was candid about her journey with cancer.
“I literally get stopped in the street,” she told The New York Times in 2025. “I’ll get stopped at chemo. I’ll get messages and comments from people being like, ‘You have no idea how the videos you’re posting keep me going.’”
Days after saying she refused her doctor’s suggestion to start end-of-life care for cancer, Towle walked the Miami Swim Week runway.
“Another dream come true walking for @postswimofficial x @thechemoclub for Miami Swim Week 🩷,” she wrote via Instagram in June 2026. “Thank you so much @lauren_yerkes and @totallie_aob for letting me be a part of such an incredible experience and an even more incredible group of women !!!”
